Underground Utility Locating
By using a combination of Electro-Magnetic Radio Frequency (EM/RF), Ferro-Magnetic Detectors, and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), we provide our clients with the most precise and comprehensive maps of the underground utility networks.
Leak Detection
We perform acoustic leak detection on water and steam pipes. We also detect leaks on gas and sewage pipes. Besides acoustic detection, we also use thermography and tracer gas methods.
Third Party Damage and Underground Utility Investigation
We provide our clients with third party damage investigation reports that include photographic evidence, site investigation, party interviews, and root cause analysis in order to help evaluate who's potentially liable.
EMF Inspections
Our EMF inspections consist of measurements of surrounding electro-magnetic fields in order to determine potential hazardous situations for the inhabitants. We also will provide suggestions for the reduction or neutralization of "hot spots"
SUE Designation and Mapping of Underground Utilities
Performed to the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) quality level A, we provide a precise plan and profile mapping of underground utilities including the type, size, condition, materials, and other characteristics.
This is obtained by vacuum excavation and nondestructive exposure of underground utilities.
Cable Fault Locating
We perform cable fault locating on secondary electric lines and site lighting lines in order to find insulation faults or internal exposures.
Video Pipe Inspection
Our video pipe inspections consist of the use of HD cameras to discover the precise location of obstructions, and evaluate the overall condition of the sewer and drainage pipelines.
